Auction Terms & Conditions 10% BUYER'S PREMIUM ON ALL PURCHASES. All purchases must be paid in full on day of the auction and prior to removal. Everything is sold "AS IS" and "WHERE IS" without guaratee or warranty. No employee of the auction has the authority to make statement of guarantee or warranty. All Property is open to public inspection prior to auction. Statements and descripitions contained in the catalogue or elsewhere are opinions only and are not representations or warranties. The buyer is the highest bidder acknowledged by auctioneer for each lot. In an event of a tie bid, the auctioneer has the discretion to re-open the bid or sale to the highest bidder the auctioneer had acknowledged. The auctioneer may refuse any bid at any time at his/her discrection without given reason for refusal. Upon the word sold, responsibility for items passes from auction to buyer. Any bidder may retract a bid up until the time the auctioneer says "SOLD." Once auctioneer says "SOLD" bidder has become a winning bidder and has effected a legal contract of sale. The auctioneer, auction owners and auction employees reserve the right to bid on any item in the auction so long as the amount paid is the same as any other bidder would pay without discount or advantge. Sellers MAY NOT bid on their own merchandise. Auctioneer may remove any item from the auction at any time prior to selling that item without explanation. A bid by any person shall be considered conclusive proof of acceptance of condition of sale herein stated. Pickup: Items can be picked up one of three ways: 1. At the end of the auction 2. Sunday following the auction, from 10am - 2 pm. 3. The week following the auction during normal business hours, 11am - 4pm. Any other times MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO AUCTION. Shipping: We offer in-house shipping on small items that we can box and take to our local Post Office. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs. WE ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL SHIPPERS so we recommend buyers make arrangements for professional shipping on any and all high value or overly delicate items. Shipping and delivery of large items and furniture must be arranged by the buyer.
